“Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. Highly recommended.”

“部屋は綺麗だし快適でした。ホテルのせいではないが、隣の部屋でずっと子供が暴れていてうるさかったのは残念。後、エアコンが最大で25度しか設定できず寒かった。（他の部屋に泊まった同僚はそれより上に設定できたそう。なぜ？）”

“The first assigned room was uncomfortable because too noise from the roads (it was a corner room). But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one. I also appreciated the hotel staff friendliness and continuous attention to the Customers' needs. I'll come back for sure in my next trip! Breakfast good and huge. Gym and sauna small and not so attractive.”
